At Jane Hill, we want your bridal journey to be seamless, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all standard-sized gowns in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made orders and final sale items are non-refundable to maintain the exclusivity of our designs.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our bridal concierge team within 7 days of receiving your gown to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully place the gown back in its original Jane Hill garment bag and protective box, ensuring all tags and seals remain intact.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Return

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our atelier receives and inspects the gown for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
